Fans of Jennifer E. Smith and Jenny Han will fall in love with this heartfelt and humor-laced debut following one girl’s race to find the guy of her cosmic dreams.

When zodiac-obsessed teen Wilamena Carlisle discovers a planetary alignment that won’t repeat for a decade, she’s forced to tackle her greatest astrological fear: The Fifth House—relationships and love.
But when Wil falls for a sensitive guitar player hailing from the wrong side of the astrology chart, she must decide whether a cosmically doomed love is worth rejecting her dead mother’s legacy and the very system she’s faithfully followed through a lifetime of unfailing belief.

OH MY STARS! This book was such a fun and easy read! If you're looking for a stand-alone book to get over a series hangover, this book is great for you!

Wilamena's mother was an expert astrologer. While some people put their faith in science, facts, google, Wilamena put her faith in what she knows best: Astrology. Needless to say, Wil took after her mother! She knows absolutely everything there is to know about astrology, and firmly believes in the correct matching of the astrological signs.

Growing up, her mother told her to stay away from one certain kind: Pisces. She also taught her everything she needs to know about figuring out life according to the stars. Se also told her about how it would be harder for her to figure out the fifth house. Also known as the house of relationships and love
Wil has exactly 22 days to find that perfect person for her, or else she has to wait a whole lot longer for the cycle to return, and the stars to align making it easier for her to find her perfect match.

Thats when the two brothers, Grant and Seth come in. According to Wil's charts, the two couldn't be anymore different. One is paper perfect, while the other is one she should steer clear of. Though Wil is trying to honor her mother's legacy and the promise she made, she's also fighting through her own feelings for the two.

I couldn't wait to see how this book ended.
I knew who I was rooting for right at the beginning.

While this contemporary book has some what of a love triangle, it is anything BUT ordinary. It had such a cute twist, and a great story line to make it stand out from all of the others I have read.

As with the storyline, you also need great characters for a great read; which this book did not lack!

I loved Wil. Her 1940's fashion along with her deep love for astrology set her apart from the others. She was loyal, snarky, different, and my favorite quality: nerdy. She loved her 'Gram' fiercely, and has the best intentions. There were some choices that Wil did that kind of irked me, but they weren't without reason, and in the end, you simply got her.

I also LOOOOVED Grant. Loved is a bit of an understatement. While most guys in a band are often the broody type and man whores, it was nice to read about someone who is finally different. I felt for Grant and I wanted to continue reading more and more parts with him in it. Basically had a crush on this guy, LOL! It was such a pleasure getting to know him.

Irina. LOVED loved looooved her. She is probably the epitome of what a lot of girls wanted to be when they grew up. She's spunky, knows what she wants, and man... that girl could beat anyone at a game of pool. I loved how unique she was, and all she wanted was the best for Wil.
I was so excited when I received this book in the mail, and I couldn't wait to dive into it!
Honestly, this book was released at the perfect time. It's such a great read to kick off an early summer, and get you in the mood for warm weather. I really want to go grab some camping gear and just go out to the middle of no where to study the stars now. I've always held an interest for astrology, and was so fascinated after reading this book!

Now, everyone, go out and read it!!
